A 5.2-magnitude quake hits north-west China: CENC


BEIJING: A 5.2-magnitude earthquake jolted Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of north-west China's Qinghai Province at 7:44 a.m. on Wednesday (July 1, Beijing Time), according to the China Earthquake Networks Centre.

The epicenter was monitored at 37.83 degrees north latitude and 95.43 degrees east longitude. The earthquake struck at a depth of 10 km, the centre said. - Xinhua
