BMG Global stands strong as a high-performing developer, and celebrates the progress of Tampoi Heights project


JOHOR BAHRU/SINGAPORE: Property development company, BMG Global, is continuing to strengthen its position in the industry by celebrating another significant achievement through a topping-out ceremony for the Tampoi Heights project in Johor.

The Executive Director of BMG Global, Sakeri Maming, said that the event was held as a symbol of the success of the construction, which is now ahead of the original schedule.

"Alhamdulillah, we have successfully advanced the construction progress on site ahead of schedule," he said. "The project that started in September 2023 is expected to be fully completed by early next year.

"And so far, we have successfully sold almost all the units, proving that this project has successfully met the needs of Johor residents. Our focus is to help the local people own homes at affordable prices in addition to providing additional facilities in line with current market demands," he said.

The Gross Development Value (GDV) of Tampoi Heights, valued at around RM400 million, is a modern concept residential development comprising 877 units of serviced apartments in three blocks of 26 & 27 stories high, including six levels of podium car parking. 

In addition, this project is also equipped with four shop units and various facilities that meet current demands, such as adult and children's swimming pools, gymnasium, courts futsal/pickleball and children's playground.

Offered at a starting price of RM323,000, this project has received an extremely encouraging response as 98 per cent of the units have been sold. Each unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and comes in two size options, namely Type A (805 square feet) and Type B (950 square feet).

Meanwhile, the Chief Operating Officer of BMG Global, Ir. Loke Yan Wai said, the company's main mission is to improve the standard and quality of community lifestyle, even when offered at an affordable price that is affordable.

This project was inaugurated with a Groundbreaking Ceremony on April 29, 2025, by the Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, is set to offer 1,996 apartment units in three blocks of 38 and 39 stories high, complete with seven levels of podium parking developed on a land area of 9.9 acres.

The project also features 1.2 acres of landscaped area, greenery and some of the largest community facilities in Kuala Lumpur, including a swimming pool, recreational areas, pickleball and basketball courts, jogging and cycling tracks, open parks, and a community plaza

community.
