Top local entertainment label Rocketfuel dominates the festive music scene with multiple single releases, including Alpha’s debut album

Rocketfuel Entertainment celebrates this year’s Aidilfitri in vibrant fashion through a special initiative titled “Macam Macam Raya Bersama Rocketfuel Entertainment,” bringing together a series of notable achievements and exclusive announcements involving its roster of artists.

This year’s Raya campaign has exceeded expectations, with seven Raya songs released by Rocketfuel collectively surpassing 13 million digital streams, further strengthening the company’s position as a leading force in producing locally relevant and contemporary entertainment content.

Among the songs are “Rindu Raya” (ALPHA), “Kampung Kita” (Wani Kayrie), “Raya Macam Raya” (Hael Husaini x ALPHA), “Duit Raya” (Sharul Kamal & Mierul Aiman), “Senyum Gugur Di Penghujung Doa” (Dayang Nurfaizah), “Restu Raya” (Nadeera), and “Lagu Raya Untukmu” (Hael Husaini).

Building on this momentum, Rocketfuel Entertainment continues to roll out a series of new music releases throughout the year.

Rising star Qal G returns with his latest single “Seharusnya Aku,” a follow-up to his debut single “Sepi.” Qal G was previously a finalist in Big Stage Alpha, a platform that played a key role in showcasing his talent.

Another contestant from the same program, Awienit, is also set to make his industry debut with his first single under Rocketfuel Entertainment in the near future.

On the international front, South Korean male vocal duo HoonDoo has released a new track titled “Jejak Yang Tertinggal” as the official soundtrack (OST) for the drama series “Dendam Seorang Mentua,” launched on 15 April 2026.

Meanwhile, popular singer Wani Kayrie is actively preparing for the Semi-Finals of Muzik-Muzik 40 (SFMM40) with her viral hit “Cak Cak Cekuk,” which has garnered over 12 million views on YouTube and 2.9 million streams on Spotify.

According to Wani Kayrie: “SFMM40 is a very big and meaningful stage for me. I’m preparing thoroughly in terms of vocals, performance, and emotional delivery to give my very best. The support for ‘Cak Cak Cekuk’ truly motivates me to perform with greater confidence.”

In addition, charismatic vocalist Nadeera will be releasing her latest single “Cuba Jadi Aku” in June 2026, while Hael Husaini is set to collaborate with a special artist later this year.

Beyond music, Rocketfuel Entertainment continues to strengthen its presence in acting and digital content.

Actor and singer Mierul Aiman will star in the film “Tarung” alongside Zul Ariffin, while actor and radio presenter Fazziq Muqris will appear in “Kata Hati.”

Dewi Remaja 2023 finalist Qistina Rania will feature in “Darah Gagap,” while Bella Dowanna will appear in the series “Ate Kome” on the Viu platform.

Elsewhere, Evertts Gomes and Hawa Rizwana will co-star in the romantic series “PL I Love You.”

New mixed-heritage (Malay-English) actress Arabella Ellen will headline the drama “Wishlist,” directed by Michael Ang, set to air in the MegaDrama slot on Astro Ria. She is also actively involved, alongside other Rocketfuel talents, in several micro-series on the Sooka platform.

Rocketfuel has also introduced Malaysian women’s football athlete Qaseh Rania as a new talent under its management, reflecting the company’s commitment to highlighting diverse talents from various backgrounds.

The success of Rocketfuel’s campaigns and content has attracted major brands such as Vida, KFC, Shell, Bath & Body Works, Lepas Malaysia, and U Mobile, opening up more strategic collaboration opportunities moving forward.

Meanwhile, the drama “Dendam Seorang Mentua,” featuring “Jejak Yang Tertinggal” by HoonDoo, will premiere on 4 May 2026, airing Monday to Friday at 6 PM on Astro Prima.

The series tells the story of Sofia, a young woman who agrees to marry Muzaffar—the father of her ex-boyfriend Hariz, who is now married to Harlina—as part of a calculated plan for revenge. The drama stars Dato’ Aaron Aziz, Datuk Yusry A. Halim, and Tracie Sinidol.

Rocketfuel Entertainment Vice President, Prem Rajahram Anand, said: “‘A Colourful Raya’ reflects Rocketfuel’s strength in producing content that resonates with the public. We are proud to see the overwhelming response to our artists’ work.”

Head of Rocketfuel Entertainment, Sher Leen Wee, added: “This year has been one of our most significant. Not only have we released a wide range of new content, but we have also expanded our artist portfolio across multiple platforms.”
