South Korea looks to alternative LNG supply to ready for disruption: Ministry


SEOUL: South Korea is seeking alternative liquefied natural gas (LNG) supply to prepare for potential disruption of shipments from Qatar due to the Iran conflict, including securing stock from overseas projects in which Korea Gas Corporation (Kogas) is involved, its industry ministry said on Thursday (March 5).

Here are some details:

* Ministry will also look at spot purchase from companies that have supply lines from Asian countries, including Malaysia.
