SINGAPORE: The chief master of Tien Sen Hua Taoist temple in Paya Lebar Road organised an unlawful public procession in October 2024, and the event caused inconvenience to motorists in the vicinity.

Lim Tong San, 62, was fined S$2,000 (US$1,564) on Jan 22 after admitting that he had organised the procession without a permit from the authorities.
