NEW DELHI: The spotlight on Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and businessman Robert Vadra’s son Raihan Vadra and his longtime partner Aviva Baig grew brighter on Friday (Jan 2) evening after a fresh photograph from a private event was shared on social media.

Priyanka Gandhi shared the picture on her official Instagram account, expressing affection and blessings for the young couple. “Love you both very much. May you always love and respect each other, and remain the best friends you have been since you were 3,” she wrote in her post.

Simultaneously, Robert Vadra also posted the same photograph. In the post, Vadra wrote, “My son comes of age and finds his life partner. My heartfelt blessings to them for a life filled with happiness, unwavering togetherness, love, and strength. May they walk this journey hand in hand, growing and thriving together.”

The posts quickly drew widespread attention online, with thousands of likes and congratulatory messages pouring in within minutes from political leaders, friends, and well-wishers.

In the photograph, Raihan is seen wearing a black bandhgala, while Aviva Baig is dressed in a black saree adorned with metallic threadwork that shimmered against the warm glow of numerous lamps in the background.

Engagement celebrations held in Ranthambore

According to reports, the couple got engaged at a ceremony held in Ranthambore, Rajasthan, earlier this week. The event was reportedly a private affair attended by close family members.
