Laos finalises blueprint for national development

VIENTIANE: The 11th Central Committee of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party is making strides in finalising the country’s political and economic development blueprint, issuing forward-looking guidance to address the real challenges facing Laos as preparations advance for the 12th National Party Congress.

To ensure the goals contained in the blueprint are forward-looking and far-reaching, Secretary General of the Central Committee of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party and Lao President, Thongloun Sisoulith, is presiding over the four-day Plenary Session, which is taking place until November 27.
