Sri Lanka to train 10,000 three-wheeler drivers serving tourists


COLOMBO:A total of 10,000 three-wheeler drivers across Sri Lanka who provide transport services to tourists will undergo special training programmes organised by the Clean Sri Lanka Secretariat, it was announced on Saturday (Sept 20).

Additional Secretary to the President S.P.C. Sugeeshwara told the media that tourists visiting the country often lack proper facilities and sometimes encounter weaknesses in service delivery.
