Indonesian Foreign Minister Sugiono confirms talks underway for planned Prabowo-Trump meeting

JAKARTA: (Bernama-Antara) Foreign Minister Sugiono confirmed that Indonesia and the United States are discussing a potential meeting between President Prabowo Subianto and US President Donald Trump next week.

However, the minister has yet to confirm the timing of the anticipated meeting between Prabowo and Trump, which is expected to take place on the sidelines of Prabowo's visit to New York for the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).
