HANOI: A homemade firecracker explosion has left two dead in northern Vietnam's Bac Ninh province early Monday (Sept 8), Vietnam News Agency reported.
According to the initial report, the explosion occurred in a rented apartment, where investigators found metal cans and pipes suspected of being used in firecracker production.
