Singaporean woman convicted of stalking Taiwanese singer harasses her again

TAIPEI: A Singaporean woman who had been convicted of stalking and harassing a Taiwanese singer did not learn her lesson as she did the same thing again less than three months after her sentencing.

Cassandra Low was caught on camera harassing the celebrity at a Taipei hair salon. Police had to remove her from the scene.
