The man was detained for investigation.

The case has been handed over to the Tai Po district investigation team.

The authority said it was highly concerned about the incident. It said it strongly condemned the suspected indecent act against its staff, and would resolutely adopt a zero-tolerance attitude towards such incidents. It will follow up seriously while fully cooperating with the police’s investigation.

Separately, a police officer is set to appear in court on Wednesday to face an indecent assault charge.

The officer, from the Kowloon City police district, is accused of indecently assaulting a woman, 25, he knew at a location in the area on February 18.

He was arrested the next day, and following police inquiries, he was charged with one count of common assault and one count of indecent assault. He is expected to appear at Kowloon City Court.
