Brunei visitors to Malaysia increase by 55.2%

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN: The number of visitors from Brunei to Malaysia increased by 55.2 per cent in 2024, a remarkable growth from the previous year, Hazrina Azman, director of Tourism Malaysia said on Wednesday (April 16).

Bruneian visitors are a significant source of tourism for Malaysia, which made Brunei the fifth-largest contributor of tourists to Malaysia, Azman said at a festive Hari Raya gathering near the capital.
