HANOI (Vietnam News/ANN): Doctors at the 108 Military Central Hospital have successfully performed Vietnam’s first implantation of a third-generation partial artificial heart (LVAD – HeartMate 3).

This marks a significant milestone in the country’s medical field, bringing Vietnamese healthcare closer to the world’s most advanced systems.
