Vietnam eyes new direct European air routes to boost tourism

HANOI: The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam has asked airlines to assess the feasibility of launching direct flights between Vietnam and Poland, the Czech Republic and Switzerland.

The move aligns with a Government’s resolution which grants visa exemptions for citizens from these three European countries as part of the tourism promotion programme 2025.
