Indochina Bank launches the newest product ‘Daina Pay’ to support our customer in times of need

VIENTIANE: The Indochina Bank has officially launched its latest product, the ‘Daina Pay’, to facilitate transactions including the payment of urgent bills.

The bank’s managing director, Voradeth Phanphengdy, delivered a speech at the launch event in the presence of top management, marking a significant step in the advancement of customer services.

The new service has been introduced to address common issues that most people experience when having to pay bills and other expenses all at the same time, making them unable to clear them all at once.

With the ‘Daina Pay’, payment can be easily made for the following life’s emergencies or urgent bills:

- Medical bills

- Schooling expenses for children

- Purchase of new car tyres

- Car repairs

- Laptop or printer purchase for children to do school work

- Insurance payments for the car, home or health

- Home repairs, such as a leaking roof

Corresponding to the meaning of ‘Daina’ – the Lao phrase meaning possible or can do - Daina Pay is designed to help customers address any urgent payment need.

By getting more from your deposits, this launch of ‘Daina Pay’ is a major part of the bank’s strategy to provide more services for customers.

The value proposition of Indochina Bank is not just a place for your savings, but through our various products and services, we aim to help our customers build for their future. - Vientiane Times/ANN
