Myanmar man handed 15 days in Thai jail for throwing puppy into sea

CHUMPHON, Thailand: A Myanmar national caught on camera throwing a puppy repeatedly into the sea has been sentenced to 15 days in prison without parole by the Chumphon Provincial Court, the Watchdog Thailand Foundation (WDT) reported on Monday (Feb 10).

The immigration bureau also revoked Thi Ha Aung’s visa and ordered him to be deported, the WDT said.
