BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN: Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah on Wednesday (Dec 18) met King Charles III, the King of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland at Buckingham Palace.
Accompanying the monarch was Prince ‘Abdul Mateen.
