Newly married couple among seven dead in north India road mishap


The mini-SUV, which was overtaking another vehicle, hit an autorickshaw in Uttar Pradesh's Bijnor.

NEW DELHI: A newly-wedded couple returning home after their marriage was among the seven people killed in a road accident in north India in the early hours of Saturday (Nov 16).

Four other deceased belonged to the same family, while the seventh person who died was the driver of the ill-fated vehicle.
