Laos drafts 10th five-year socio-economic development plan

VIENTIANE: Laos' Ministry of Planning and Investment and development partners convened a meeting to discuss the 10th five-year National Socio-economic Development Plan for 2026-2030 to ensure that it aligns with Laos' current development situation.

The meeting held on Tuesday (Nov 5) was co-chaired by Lao Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment Phonevanh Outhavong and United Nations Resident Coordinator in Laos Bakhodir Burkhanov, according to the ministry's report on Thursday.
