SINGAPORE: Former transport minister S. Iswaran arrived at the State Courts at 3.32pm on Monday (Oct 7) for the start of his 12-month jail sentence.

He was accompanied by a relative as he walked up to court 4A to surrender himself ahead of the 4pm deadline.
