Cambodian King unveils Constitutional Monument in capital


The Constitutional Monument is located in a public park west of the Independence Monument in Phnom Penh. - KT

PHNOM PENH: Cambodian King Norodom Sihamoni on Tuesday (Sept 24) inaugurated the Constitutional Monument in celebration of the 31st anniversary of the promulgation of the country's constitution.

Speaking at the event, Sihamoni said the Constitutional Monument shows that the Cambodian people are willing to respect, protect, uphold, and abide by the constitution as the kingdom's supreme law.
