BANGKOK: New Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra (pic) will face a number of obstacles, constitutional expert predicts.

Associate Professor Jade Donavanik, former adviser to the Constitutional Drafting Committee, accurately predicted the outcome of the petition by 40 senators regarding the appointment of Pichit Chuenban as a cabinet minister.
