MANILA (Philippine Daily Inquirer/ANN): The Philippines’ Health Undersecretary Eric Tayag on Dec 31 pushed for a crackdown on vendors of illegal firecrackers after a four-year-old boy lost all the fingers on his right hand when he lighted a “dart bomb” inside his house in Central Luzon.
