BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN (Borneo Bulletin/Asia News Network): The Institute of Brunei Technical Education (IBTE) on Friday (Oct 13) released a statement in response to a video that recently circulated, featuring several of its students in a controversial portrayal.
In the 17-second video, four individuals were observed standing on the sidestep of a moving four-wheel-drive vehicle, with one of them at the wheel. During this display, the group brandished imitation firearms.
