SINGAPORE (The Straits Times/Asia News Network): A 29-year-old man was charged with murder on Tuesday (Aug 22), after a man died following a fight in Orchard Road on Sunday morning.

Asvain Pachan Pillai Sukumaran is accused of murdering Mohammad Isrrat Mohd Ismail at about 6am at 100 Orchard Road, which is the address of Concorde Hotel Singapore and Concorde Shopping Mall.
