Karaoke bar owner gets 10 years jail for fire that claimed lives of three firefighters

HANOI (Vietnam News Network): After one day of trial, judges on Monday (Aug 7) issued a sentence for Pham Duy Hung, the owner of a karaoke bar in Cau Giay Hanoi, where a fire in 2022 resulted in the death of three firefighters.

Pham Duy Hung, owner of ISIS Karaoke in Quan Hoa, Cau Giay were presented with a sentence of up to 10 years in prison on Monday for 'violations of firefighting and fire prevention rules'.
