MANILA (Philippine Daily Inquirer/Asia News Network): Three persons were injured after several electric poles toppled over in Binondo, Manila, on Thursday (Aug 3) afternoon.
The Manila Public Information Office (PIO), in a statement, said the incident at around 1pm along Ongpin Street involved seven posts.
