SINGAPORE (The Straits Times/Asia News Network): A teenager who tried to rape his younger sister when she was just eight years old in 2020 was ordered on Monday (July 24) to undergo reformative training for at least a year.
The offender, now 17, will be detained in a centre where he must live according to a strict regimen that can include foot drills and counselling.
