SINGAPORE (The Straits Times/Asia News Network): A marking boycott in Britain that left tens of thousands of university students in limbo without their final grades has also affected Singaporeans.

Since late April, staff at 145 universities in Britain who are members of the University and College Union have been refusing to mark students’ work in a dispute over pay and working conditions.
