Ringgit likely to hover around current level this week; expected to be between RM4.60 to RM4.61


KUALA LUMPUR, June 18 (Bernama): The ringgit is likely to stay at the current level against the US dollar, at 4.60 to 4.61, as monetary policy action will continue to take centre stage with a series of US Federal Reserve (Fed) officials sharing their thoughts with the public.

Bank Muamalat Malaysia Bhd chief economist and social finance head Mohd Afzanizam Abdul Rashid said at the same time, a sense of anxiety over global growth prospects is building up.
