Indonesia urges people to use public transport to protect environment

JAKARTA, June 13 (Vietnam News/ANN): Indonesian Minister of Transportation Budi Karya Sumadi has requested local administrations to improve the quality of public transport services in accordance with the applicable safety and security standards.

President Joko Widodo’s directive is that mass transport should be improved so that it can become the community’s first choice when traveling, Sumadi told the press on June 12 (Sunday).
