ZAMBALES, Philippines (Philippine Daily Inquirer/Asia News Network): President Ferdinand Marcos Jr had a front-row seat as the Philippine Navy goofed up.

The mishap occurred Friday (May 19) during the demonstration of the Philippine Navy’s weapon systems in the West Philippine Sea.
