Vietnam's growth likely second fastest in South-East Asia in 2023: IMF

HANOI (Xinhua): The International Monetary Fund (IMF) expected Vietnam to continue to be one of the fastest-growing economies in the South-East Asian region, Vietnam News Agency reported on Monday (April 17).

The IMF projection came as the growth of Vietnam's gross domestic product is expected to reach 5.8 per cent in 2023 and accelerate to 6.9 per cent in 2024, the news agency said.
