MANILA, April 15 (Xinhua): The Philippine Board of Investments (BOI) approved investments rose 155 per cent in the first quarter of 2023, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) said on Friday.
The BOI continues to push forward at full throttle to attract more investments into the country and hit its 1.5 trillion peso (US$27.15 billion) annual target as investment approvals rise by 155 per cent, with foreign investment approvals soaring even higher by 3,722 per cent toward the end of the first quarter 2023, the DTI said.
