BANGKOK (The Nation/Asia News Network): Thailand’s heat index – a measure of temperature and humidity – will soar as high as 45.8 degrees Celsius (114.44 Fahrenheit) on Wednesday (April 5), according to the Thai Meteorological Department (TMD).
