Pandemic issues on the rise again as Vietnam reports 3,649 new Covid-19 cases on Friday (Sept 9)

HANOI, Sept 9 (Xinhua): Vietnam recorded 3,649 new Covid-19 cases on Friday, up 458 from Thursday, according to the Ministry of Health.

All the new cases were locally transmitted, said the ministry.
