VIENTIANE (Vientiane Times/Asia News Network): President Thongloun Sisoulith (pic) has highlighted the importance of diplomatic relations between Laos and Vietnam for the people of the two countries.
Thongloun, who is also Laos’ Party Secretary General, stressed the value of this relationship in a message delivered on Monday (Sept 5) to mark the 60th anniversary of the two countries’ diplomatic relations.
