BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Sept 2 (Borneo Bulletin/ANN): TheBrunei top court has heard that, Mohamad Mazwan Safwan Jahari, on Aug 23 allegedly sent a direct message via Instagram to the victim, threatening to circulate a doctored picture of the victim naked, along with her phone number.
Prosecutor Atiyyah Abas informed the court that the police have yet to complete investigations.
