Army major arrested for killing student in Vietnam traffic accident

NINH THUẬN (Vietnam News/Asia News Network): Major Hoàng Văn Minh has been prosecuted for fatally crashing into a 12th grader in Phan Rang - Tháp Chàm City in south-central Ninh Thuận Province in June.

Minh, 36, has been detained for three months for further investigation, according to the Police Investigation Agency (PIA) of the Area 3 of the Air and Air Defence Force.
