Pacquiao believes he can pull off upset in presidential race

MANILA (Philippine Daily Inquirer/Asia News Network): Promdi presidential candidate Sen. Manny Pacquiao said that his sorties in the last three weeks of the campaign have galvanised the support of the country’s poor and the so-called silent majority on his bid for the presidency.

The retired boxer believes he will be able to get votes in Northern Luzon, Eastern Visayas, and Central Mindanao and might even emerge as the 'dark horse' in the May 9 presidential race.
