Vietnam's foreign direct investment surpasses US$31 billion in 2021


HANOI, Dec 31 (Bernama): Vietnam’s total new, adjusted capital and share purchases by foreign investors reached US$31.15 billion as of Dec 20, up 9.2 per cent annually, reported the Foreign Investment Agency (FIA).

Specifically, as many as 1,738 projects received investment licences with a total registered capital of over US$15.2 billion, down 31.1 per cent in volume and up 4.1 per cent in value year-on-year.
