BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN (Borneo Bulletin/Asia News Network): Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah consented to send messages of condolences to Malaysian Prime Minister Ismail SabriYaakob and the Government and people of Malaysia following the recent widespread flooding in Malaysia.

He also consented to send a similar message to Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte and the Government and people of the Philippines following the recent widespread devastation caused by Typhoon Rai in the Philippines.
