Hun Sen: Omicron detected on traveller, but don’t panic

PHNOM PENH (The Phnom Penh Post/Asia News Network): Prime Minister Hun Sen reiterated his call for the public not to panic over the detection of the first case of the Omicron coronavirus variant in Cambodia on Dec 14.

Speaking at the inauguration of the Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh Hotel on December 15, Hun Sen suggested that people maintain vigilance and practice preventive measures including the three dos and threes don’ts guidelines in addition to getting vaccinated.
