BEIJING (China Daily/Asia News Network): The 15th meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity (COP15) that China is hosting in Kunming, capital of Yunnan province, from Monday (Oct 11) to Friday has every reason to catch global attention.
