CoC for South China Sea should be expedited to ensure security and stability, says expert group

KUALA LUMPUR, 10 Oct (Bernama): Asean member states should expedite the Code of Conduct (CoC) that they have been working on for the best interest of all parties involved in the South China Sea disputes.

The CoC could help thwart any incident that could jeopardise the region’s security and stability.
