SINGAPORE/MANILA, Aug 24 (dpa): US Vice President Kamala Harris on Tuesday accused China of coercion and intimidation in the disputed South China Sea.
"Beijing's actions continue to undermine the rules-based order," she said, speaking in Singapore.
