SINGAPORE, Aug 10 (The Straits Times/ANN): The 16-year-old student from River Valley High School (RVHS), charged with the murder of a schoolmate, 13, appeared in court again via video link on Tuesday.

The accused cannot be named as he is under 18 years of age.
