Thailand starts week with 50 deaths and 6, 166 Covid-19 new infections

BANGKOK, July 5 (THe Nation/ANN): Monday marked another day of record highs for Thailand with 50 deaths and 6, 166 new infections, pushing the country’s total caseload to 289, 233 infections and 2, 276 deaths.

Of the new cases, 3, 961 were tested in hospitals, 2, 109 found through proactive testing, 84 tested positive in prisons and 12 came from overseas.
