GANSU: A 26.5 million-year-old giant rhino has been discovered in Gansu province.
A Sino-US collaborative team discovered a complete skull of the animal – Paraceratherium linxiaense – in Gansu’s Linxia Basin, led by Deng Tao from the Institute of Vertebrate Paleontology and Paleoanthropology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
